Recognition is key to engaging your team and improving performance. We want to hear from you! How are you recognizing team members? This could about a manager recognizing a direct report (or his or her entire team) or a team member recognizing a peer. This could be something formal, such as a regular performance award, or something informal, such as a recognition celebration or a unique on-the-spot recognition story or practice. Share your story so that we can share with others in future communications and continue to build a culture of appreciation. Please do not share customer names or other PHI in your story.
